Mary L. Garbarino, age 103, of Crown Point, Indiana, formerly of Framingham, MA passed away July 24,2020. Mary was the last living daughter of Phillip and Philomena (Ventresca) DelSignore of Milford, MA.
Beloved wife of the late Roger J. Garbarino who passed in 1977. Dear mother of Debra (Timothy) Murphy, Crown Point, Indiana; dear grandmother of Sarah (Kevin) Feltner, Niles, MI; dearest great grandmother of Chase Feltner, Niles, MI., and dearest friend of Molly the family dog. She also leaves several nieces and nephews.
Mary has lived with her daughter and son in law, Tim, in Crown Point, Indiana since she was 80 yrs. old. She remained fairly active until age 99 when she was stricken with Alzheimer’s Disease. Mary was cared for at home by her daughter and son in law and was greatly loved. She worked for many years as her husband’s bookkeeper at Garbarino Sand & Gravel Co., Framingham, MA.
She and her husband, Roger enjoyed many happy days together. They loved spending time with their dear friends, Henry and Dolly Marino on Cape Cod and Framingham, Massachusetts. She absolutely loved life and her family. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, shopping, fashion, parties, going out for lunch with her nice glass of wine, laughter and Dunkin Donuts coffee! She was affectionately known as “Nani” and had a heart of gold with immense kindness and generosity. She was so loved by all and will be dearly missed.
Mary was a member of St. John the Evangelist Parish, St. John Indiana. She loved the outpouring of love from Fr. Maletta, Deacon Bill and the parishioners and school children that sent her so many beautiful cards and flowers during her illness. Many thanks for the wonderful care she received at St. Anthony’s Hospital and Hospice (Southern) and the Crown Point Fire Rescue.

Due to the current health restrictions and fulfillment of Mary’s request, private funeral services were held. Burial was in St. Tarcisius Cemetery.
