Deborah (Mitnick) Kopeloff

October 4, 1929 ~ October 20, 2020 (age 91)


Deborah (Mitnick) Kopeloff, 91, a longtime resident of Framingham died on
Tuesday morning, October 20, 2020, in St. Patrick's Manor.  Born in
Brooklyn, New York, the daughter of the late Nathan & Mary (Hendon) Mitnick, she was the beloved wife of the late Bernard G. Kopeloff.

Deborah was raised and educated in New York, and after she married Bernard, lived in Schenectady for some time and later Ithaca.  In 1958 they followed Bernard's career with Raytheon and settled in Framingham where they raised their children.

Deborah was a certified bowling instructor and thoroughly enjoyed the sport. She supported her Boston Celtics through thick and thin, and relished in time spent in the kitchen baking. Later in life, she and Bernard enjoyed retirement in Lake Worth, FL.

 A devoted mother and grandmother, Deborah is survived by her son Michael of Framingham, her daughters, Judith of Stoneham, and Susan Loomis of Reading, and her grandson Nathan Loomis. She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Bernard, in 1989.

Family and friends will honor and remember her life privately. In lieu of
flowers, remembrances may be made in Deborah's name to the American Diabetes Association,
