Jean T. LeBlanc, 83 of Ashland, died September 9, 2017. Jean was born on August 9, 1934 in Framingham to the late William & Helen LeBlanc.

One of 14 children, she graduated Framingham High School in 1954, and later attended Hitchcock’s Secretarial School in Boston. Jean worked as an x-ray technician at Marlborough Hospital for 37 years.

She is survived by her sisters, Joan Merrill, Margaret Brown, and Theresa Fantoni, her brother John Leblanc, and many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her sisters, Rita Wells, Phyllis LeBlanc, Doris DePremio and Marie LeBlanc, and her brothers Tom LeBlanc, Leo LeBlanc, and twin Jim LeBlanc.

Family and friends will honor and remember Jean’s life by gathering for visiting hours in the McCarthy, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home, 11 Lincoln St., Framingham on Thursday, September 14th from 4 – 7 P.M. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday morning in St. Cecilia’s Church, 54 Esty St., Ashland, at 9 o’clock.  Interment will follow in Edgell Grove Cemetery, Framingham.  

In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made in Jean’s name to: Perkins Trust, Perkins School for the Blind, 175 No. Beacon St., Watertown, MA 02472, www.perkins.org.
